Return & Exchange Policy

Authorization Requirement: Items must be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: All items must be in excellent, unworn, and undamaged condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Method: Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

Change of Mind Returns: Returns are eligible within 30 days of scooter receipt, with a maximum odometer reading of 10 miles. For other return requests, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

General Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email us at Info@erdyscooters.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will assess your request within 24 business hours.

Ship the Item: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation to avoid issues.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item within 3-5 working days and provide a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.

Return Charges

  • Mistake on Our Part: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product shipped, quality issues), we'll provide a full refund.
  • Other Return Requests: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging, with less than 10 miles of usage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. For shipped orders, contact us to arrange a return.
